Legendary Fort Lewis College head men's basketball coach Bob Hofman is spending his last year as coach emeritus during the 2015-16 season.  Hofman submitted his retirement letter effective August 1 but will serve a transition year as coach emeritus.

This fall the historic FLC cannon was ready once again to put an exclamation mark on Skyhawks touchdowns.

Thirty-three students and three faculty members traveled to Washington D.C. to the SACNAS (Society for the Advancement of Chicanos/Hispanics and Native Americans in Science) National Conference. Student Natalie Joe won an award for the best poster presentation in Chemistry.

Pietrack is taking over for Coach Emeritus Bob Hofman for the 2015-16 season. In his 19-year career, Hofman earned every basketball coaching record in school history, including most wins and highest winning percentage.

Junior Theatre major Austin Minard spent two weeks in Ithaca, NY, setting up "The Haunt" this Halloween -- a haunted interactive outdoors experience related to his Kickstarter-funded business, FearWalk.

Spring Awakening is a rock musical with music by Duncan Sheik and a book and lyrics by Steven Sater. It is based on the German play Spring Awakening (1891) by Frank Wedekind. Set in late 19th-century Germany, the musical tells the story of teenagers discovering the inner and outer tumult of teenage sexuality. In the musical, alternative rock is employed as part of the folk-infused rock score.
