Taylar Moorhouse

Student Well-Being Coordinator

Taylar Moorhouse

Originally from Colorado Springs, Colorado, Taylar is a proud FLC Psychology 21' alumna and staff member coordinating programs and supporting student well-being. Taylar spends her off time focusing on her creative interests and loves spending time with the important people (or pets) in her life. When she is not snuggling her kitty cat Athena, she ventures into the outside world to enjoy local drag shows, then returns promptly home because that’s a lot of social interaction.

To re-fill her battery, she enjoys baking delicious treats, making tiny things out of clay, painting, listening to music (especially Bo Burnham), quoting her favorite TV shows (The Office & Parks and Recreation), and watching her favorite movies. She may not do too many outdoor recreation activities, but she loves sitting by the river with a good book and roller skating on lovely days. Taylar helps promote healthy choices and resources through educational programming and working closely with students through the Wellness Peer Advisory Council.
