Set timer for 30 mins & complete as many rounds as possible

Looking for a challenge?

The Global Distancing 5K is a virtual event that will take place simultaneously around the world. Participants are encouraged to cover the 5 kilometer or 3 mile distance in any manner they are able to while adhering to laws in their areas regarding social distancing. The goal is togetherness through a common activity. If the distance is too great for you - do YOUR best, Together & virtually with loved ones.

Remember that physical activity is one of the best ways to stay healthy during the COVID-19! Get outside and get some fresh air and remember to follow social distancing guidelines and respect parks and public places.
