At the Environmental Center (EC), students put their ideas into action through hands-on sustainability projects, campus initiatives, and community partnerships. Whether you're interested in environmental advocacy, sustainable practices, or connecting with others who share your interests, the EC offers opportunities to get involved, build skills, and make a difference.
The EC supports Fort Lewis College's sustainability goals, guided by the Climate and Sustainability Action Plan. Through student leadership, education, and collaboration, we help advance environmental responsibility on campus and in the Four Corners region.

Explore sustainability resources, including Reed Library and everyday sustainability tips. The EC also hosts the annual Sustainability Summit and other events that connect students, employees, and community members with environmental issues, organizations, and opportunities to get involved.
