Make a difference with student-driven environmental projects

At the Environmental Center, students take the lead in addressing critical environmental and social issues through hands-on projects. From advancing sustainability initiatives to creating lasting change, our programs give students the opportunity to make a real impact—and you can be part of it.

Through collaboration and coordination, we align our efforts with FLC’s Climate and Sustainability Action Plan, driving positive change on campus and in the wider community. The Environmental Center connects students with meaningful opportunities to grow, learn, and lead, while fostering a culture of environmental responsibility that extends across the region.

Our mission

To strengthen students’ commitment to creating a more environmentally and socially responsible world by providing meaningful opportunities to foster change on campus and in the community.
