Enrollment verification is a service available to current and former FLC students for a variety of purposes, including scholarships, employment, loans, and insurance. In most cases the student will be required to sign a release of information before we can accommodate enrollment verification requests (read more about student record privacy). Students can get an enrollment verification in three ways:
To request an official FLC enrollment verification letter, just fill out the Release of Student Record Information form on your Student Resource Center. Please allow 3 - 5 days for processing.
Current students can get free enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse by following the steps below.
If you need enrollment verification for the Alaska PFD, you have to use their Education Verification Form, which you can find in their online forms library. Fill out the top portion (the release of information) of the PFD only (Registrar's Office staff will fill out the rest). Submit your PFD to Skyhawk Station by file upload (preferred), in person, by fax (970-247-7598), or by mail (Skyhawk Station | 1000 Rim Dr. | Durango, CO 81301). For your security, please don't submit your PFD via email.
