Review the Academic Disqualification Appeal process on the Academic Standing site.

Your appeal must be received by the deadlines listed below. Appeals will only be reviewed if they are complete, signed, and accompanied by appropriate documentation. Incomplete appeals and appeals received after the published deadline will not be reviewed.  Appeal decision notifications will be sent to your FLC email address.

In making its decision, the Academic Standards Committee will review your appeal, the submitted you documentation, and your educational record. See the Student Privacy Rights (FERPA) page for information on what is included in your educational record.

Academic Standards Appeal Deadlines

 For this section, log in to your WebOPUS account so you can review your transcript. To get to your transcript, follow the steps below.

1. WebOPUS
2. Click “Student Services” 
3. Click “Student Records” 
4. Click “Academic Transcript” 
5. Click the “Submit” button
6. Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the section that says “TRANSCRIPT TOTAL (UNDERGRADUATE)”. See example below.

Use your GPA information from the previous step to complete the section below.

1. Open the GPA Repair Calculator
2. Enter your Overall GPA Hours is first white box titled "Current cumulative GPA hours".
   • Note: Be sure to use overall GPA hours and not overall Earned hours.
3. Enter your Overall GPA in the second white box titled "Current cumulative GPA".
4. Replace Class 1, Class 2, etc. with the names of each course you plan to take.
5. Enter the number of credits each class is worth in the "Credits" column, and the grade you reasonable expect to earn in that class in the "Grade" column.
6. When finished, upload the GPA Repair worksheet in the file upload field below.
