Trans members of our community will be displaying their talents in a celebration of the amazing talents that our community holds. Doors open at 5:30, show is 6-8pm in the Student Union Ballroom. This show is a free all ages event open to community members.

Chad Pfeiffer, licensed mental health counselor (LPC) and indigenous healer will discuss how holistic indigenous perspectives can be utilized for wellness and will discuss how this may differ from western approaches. In addition, some members of Indigneous Society of Psychologists (ISP) will also share how they practice wellness by utilizing practices learned within their indigenous culture.

Restorative Stretching with Allison

Similar to a Yin Yoga Class, Restorative Stretching with Allison consists of a gentle yoga flow offered twice a week from 11am-12pm. This class is a fantastic way to start your morning and get in a mindful headspace for the rest of your day. This is a very easy yoga class that can help restore your brain-body connection, improve mental health, and fix imbalances/ muscle knots. This class is offered bi-weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is a fantastic way to add mindfulness to your weekly routine and feel more at home in your body.
HIIT with Kiki

HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Kiki is one of our most loved class by faculty members and everyone looking to improve their overall fitness on a tight schedule. Kiki brings her high energy to the studio and provides a creative and killer workout every Tuesday and Thursday at noon! This class incorporates many aspects of fitness such as bikes, bodyweight workouts, medicine balls, bands, and more. You can expect to break a sweat and feel well worked after this class. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications will be provided for all difficult workouts. This is also a great class is you are a stir crazy summer athlete looking to maintain fitness through winter months.
