Please be advised that this Summit may be cancelled due to low attendance. Please register before June 5th so we have an accurate count, but do not make travel arrangements (flights) until we have confirmed the Summit will take place. Registrants will be notified no later than June 12th if Summit is cancelled and a full registration refund will be granted if cancelled.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If the Summit is cancelled due to low attendance, a full refund will be made to registrants. Cancellation will be determined no later than June 12th.
If registrants choose to cancel, a refund will be granted up until June 12th. After June 12th, registration will not be refunded. Prepaid registrants who find they are unable to attend may send a delegate in their place without penalty.
No-Shows: There are no refunds for non-attendance.
Partial Attendance: There are no “Partial Attendance” registration fees.
