Jump Squat Tricep dips x14 High plank shoulder taps

Set timer for 30 mins & complete as many rounds as possible

  • 20 Mountain climbers
  • 24 side lunges
  • 20 leg raises
  • 20 squats with knee raise

  • 20 tricep dips
  • 20 plank shoulder taps
  • 1-minute wall-sit
