FLC student playing in the snow

Being a student is demanding. We need a whole-person approach to wellness to stay on our game.

We must tend to our mental and physical health, stay connected to our communities, eat nourishing food, and find a balance between living in the present and making decisions that affect our future.

Student Wellness Initiatives is student-driven. We organize events relevant to your student life and provide support to help you get to graduation in good shape.
