Being a student is demanding. We need a whole-person approach to wellness to stay on our game. This means tending to mental as well as physical health, staying connected to our communities, eating nourishing food, and finding a balance between living in the present and making decisions that affect our future.

Student Wellness Initiatives is student-driven. We organize events that are relevant to your life as a student, and provide support to help you get to graduation in good shape.
