The DIDF has given the FLC Foundation over $700,000 to establish the Durango Industrial Development Endowment to support workforce programs, entrepreneurship education and mentoring, and career readiness training. FLC will also receive $250,000 to kickstart creating and delivering its workplace development program over three years.
With a heartfelt farewell that included a scavenger hunt and a cheeky slideshow, the FLC community said goodbye to a president who thought outside the box, took risks, and walked at 100 miles per hour with one question in mind: What will we do next for our students?
