Bring your old out of style clothes to this event and swap with others to find new styles! Each person wishing to attend should bring a few clothing items they no longer wear, please make sure they are washed and in good condition. There will also be a clothing donation bin and information on how to fix and upcycle your clothes!

Ballet Folklorico de Durango is a cultural arts program promoting Hispanic culture and welcoming students of all ages and backgrounds to learn and perform traditional Mexican Folklore dances. El Centro de Muchos Colores Hispano Resource Center provides the dance space and offers free classes for FLC students. Opportunities for mentorship and leadership include travel and attendance at a professional Folklorico dance conference.
Outdoor Calisthenics with Audry

Join me for a full-body fitness experience in the outdoor QUAD fitness area. We will be doing beginner to intermediate calisthenics training in a functional circuit style. This is a great way to soak up the sun, rapidly condition your body and mind, and maintian balance through the last weeks of the semester! All are welcome regardless of skill level! Every tuesday from 1-2pm!

WellPAC, FLC's Wellness Peer Advisory Council, presents our 11th annual DE-STRESS FEST! Join us at the quad near the amphitheater for some relaxation and realistic stress management during a traditionally stressful time of the year with presentations, finals, move out and everything else! Let's hope for awesome weather and come find us for some fur therapy (puppies from LPC Humane Society, fun activities, free chair massage, healthy snacks, dancing, mindfulness, music, games, art, freebies AND MORE! Restorative Stretching with Allison

Similar to a Yin Yoga Class, Restorative Stretching with Allison consists of a gentle yoga flow offered twice a week from 11am-12pm. This class is a fantastic way to start your morning and get in a mindful headspace for the rest of your day. This is a very easy yoga class that can help restore your brain-body connection, improve mental health, and fix imbalances/ muscle knots. This class is offered bi-weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is a fantastic way to add mindfulness to your weekly routine and feel more at home in your body.
