Psychology Club's weekly meetings are in the Psychology Lounge (EBH 218) every Tuesday from 1-2 pm. We will discuss different topics, have mini destress days with crafts, and plan future events.

Hey yall! As get closer to finals, it is good to take some time to go outside, play some games and have some fun between studying and classes. So, come on down and play some Kickball ! We are starting at 4:30pm and going till 6pm on Tuesday the 16th @ the Smith Sports Complex (the soccer field next to the Mears Apartments)! Take a break and have some fun with us as we run a few games! Stay for as long as youd like, be it the whole time or just 10 minutes! We look forward to seeing you there!

Outdoor Calisthenics with Audry

Join me for a full-body fitness experience in the outdoor QUAD fitness area. We will be doing beginner to intermediate calisthenics training in a functional circuit style. This is a great way to soak up the sun, rapidly condition your body and mind, and maintian balance through the last weeks of the semester! All are welcome regardless of skill level! Every tuesday from 1-2pm!

CONDITIONING with Matt Tuesdays 9:00-10:00am in the NEST Matt’s conditioning class will challenge your endurance and strength with cross-fit style circuits and high intensity intervals made to rapidly improve muscular and cardiovascular fitness.
Alignment with Mikayla

ALIGNMENT with Mikayla Tuesday 5:00-6:00pm in Room 119 This class is specifically designed to improve posture, balance and overall body alignment. Alignment is great for anyone looking to prevent/ treat common injuries and improve body mechanics.
