Join Mellissa for a Pilates, cardio, yoga flow every Monday at 12:15!! This class is a perfect way to take a mid-day break or lunch while getting an energizing and sculpting workout. You can expect a 45 minute moderate intensity workout including (but not limited to) a mobility flow, high energy HIIT, yoga movements, and ab workouts! All are welcome regardless of fitness experience. No sign up required. This class reoccurs every Monday and all are welcome to drop in.

Ballet Folklorico de Durango Practice

Ballet Folklorico de Durango is a cultural arts program promoting Hispanic culture and welcoming students of all ages and backgrounds to learn and perform traditional Mexican Folklore dances. El Centro de Muchos Colores Hispano Resource Center provides the dance space and offers free classes for FLC students. Opportunities for mentorship and leadership include travel and attendance at a professional Folklorico dance conference.
