HIIT with Kiki

HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Kiki is one of our most loved class by faculty members and everyone looking to improve their overall fitness on a tight schedule. Kiki brings her high energy to the studio and provides a creative and killer workout every Tuesday and Thursday at noon! This class incorporates many aspects of fitness such as bikes, bodyweight workouts, medicine balls, bands, and more. You can expect to break a sweat and feel well worked after this class.
