HIIT (high intensity interval training) with Kiki is one of our most loved class by faculty members and everyone looking to improve their overall fitness on a tight schedule. Kiki brings her high energy to the studio and provides a creative and killer workout every Tuesday and Thursday at noon! This class incorporates many aspects of fitness such as bikes, bodyweight workouts, medicine balls, bands, and more. You can expect to break a sweat and feel well worked after this class. Similar to a Yin Yoga Class, Restorative Stretching with Allison consists of a gentle yoga flow offered twice a week from 11am-12pm. This class is a fantastic way to start your morning and get in a mindful headspace for the rest of your day. This is a very easy yoga class that can help restore your brain-body connection, improve mental health, and fix imbalances/ muscle knots. This class is offered bi-weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays and is a fantastic way to add mindfulness to your weekly routine and feel more at home in your body.
