Reserve the amphitheater
Functions: Area located by the clock tower and the Amphitheater. Considered the central location of campus, and has a large lawn area with a few trees. This space is ideal for music, games, Frisbee tournaments and other activities. Tents may be set up on grass. Electrical outlets available.

Reserve central campus
Functions: Outdoor Events, open air. Permanent, concrete seating surrounds central courtyard. 1-20x20 Tent may be set up in central courtyard.

Reserve Hesperus Peace Park
Functions: Outdoor Events, open air. Large open programmable space with permanent stone benches surrounding central plaza, café tables, 1 to 2 20x20 Tents may be set up on northern end of Plaza, electrical outlets available.
Capacity: Seating for 100 plus additional available. Ample space in and around Plaza for large groups to perform, dance, or stand for receptions.
Cost: $500 standard per day

Reserve the Student Union patio
Functions: Outdoor Events, partially covered. Three iron benches. Located in central campus where multiple sidewalks converge and surrounded by grass. Inside open walled structure of clocktower is a narrative of the history of Fort Lewis College. This space is ideal for music, games, races, and other activities. Tents may be set up on nearby grass. Electrical outlets available.
Capacity: There are three iron benches, and additional seating is available.
Reserve the Clock Tower
Functions: Outdoor Events, partially covered semi-circle perimeter. Located at northern end of campus between the Community Concert Hall and the Center of Southwest Studies building. Center of patio is landscaped with small tress, with open patio surrounding; somewhat circular layout. This space is ideal for receptions and catered events. Tents may be set up on patio. Electrical outlets available around perimeter.
Capacity: Large groups can be accommodated (200+) but is fine for smaller groups of 30-50

Reserve the CSWS patio
Athletic fields may be reserved, based on seasonal availably and athletic schedules. FLC has football, soccer, baseball, and other practice fields that can be utilized. The total playable athletic turf on campus is approximately 15.6 acres. Please contact our offices for details and pricing.
