If you are interested in becoming a Notary Public in the State of Colorado, apply on-line at the Colorado Secretary of State’s website. Please be aware that in order for the College to cover any costs associated with becoming a Notary, you must be willing to provide your services free of charge. The College has resources in place to cover the cost therefore it is not borne by the department, however your Supervisor must provide approval for you to offer the service. Please contact Jlyn Lewis in the Academic Affairs Office for more information about becoming a Notary. Also, please contact Staci Ewing in the Budget Office for reimbursement of the Notary costs.
