Accordingly, equal opportunity and freedom from discrimination shall be extended to all persons. The College is dedicated to building a culturally diverse and pluralistic faculty and staff committed to teaching and working in a multicultural environment.

The Director of Compliance is responsible for the coordination of compliance efforts and receipt of inquiries concerning non-discrimination requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and other applicable federal non-discrimination laws.

To file a report of discrimination, you may contact the Director of Compliance below or file an anonymous report using the Tell Someone reporting form. You may report anonymously, but if you are a victim, we encourage you to provide your contact information so we can ask questions or provide support. Providing the perpetrator's name allows us to identify patterns that might help protect the campus.
