Cycling Scholarships

FLC has many scholarships available, and we encourage all students to apply for any for which they qualify. Visit the FLC Foundation & Departmental Scholarships page for more information, deadlines, and the application.

• Fort Lewis College Cycling Scholarship – Open to all student cyclists
• Durango Devo Hometown Heroes – Open to former Durango Devo student cyclists
• Stan Rabbe Memorial Cycling Scholarship – Open to Durango area student cyclists
• GearJammer Cycling Scholarship – Open to Science/Engineering student cyclist majors

Each has different qualifications, but all are based on:

• GPA and ACT/SAT/TOEFL scores
• Cycling Results – Upload document with application
• Essay portions of application to include what got you into cycling, your passion for cycling, community service related to or not related to cycling, and personal insights.

Finally, being a good student in high school and doing well on standardized testing are the best ways to get significant financial assistance, as FLC is very generous with Merit Awards.
