New Student Orientation

New Student and Family Orientation

Fall 2014 - New Student and Family Orientation: August 28-30, 2014

Spring 2015 - New Student and Family Orientation: January 9-10, 2015

We recognize that going to college is a new chapter in the lives of students, parents, relatives and friends. We want you to know that we are here to ease the transition.

It is our pleasure to help and direct you, answer your questions, address your concerns, and learn from you. We believe that orientation is a process, not merely an event. With that in mind, we are your hosts and guides for this next stage in your journey to a successful academic experience.

In addition to programs for new freshmen, transfer students, and family members, we provide special programs for students with disabilities, veterans, honors students, Native American students, and other students of color. Click on “Special Programs” to learn more.
