New Student Orientation

We recognize that going to college is a new chapter in the lives of students and also in the lives of parents, relatives and friends. We want you to know that we are here for your support.

It is our pleasure to help and direct you, answer your questions, address your concerns, and learn from you. We believe that orientation is a process, not merely an event. With that in mind, we are your hosts and guides for this next stage in your journey to academic success.

In addition to programs for new freshmen, transfer students, and family members, we also provide many special programs. Some of these include students with disabilities, veterans, honors students, Native American students, and other students of color. Click on “Special Programs” (see menu on left) to learn more.
