About DeVan Ard

DeVan Ard is a visiting assistant professor in the English department at Fort Lewis College, where he teaches courses in composition and English. His scholarly research focuses on later medieval Britain's poetry and religious culture.

He is working on turning his dissertation into a book, provisionally titled The Lyric in Community: Liturgy and Poetry in Late-Medieval Britain. Read more about his research and teaching.
