Classrooms & Meeting Rooms

We have a wide variety of classroom and meeting room facilities. Each classroom is equipped with computer, projector, and screen. A campus login for computers can be requested for an additional $11.00/week.

Rates for classrooms and smaller meeting rooms vary depending on the size of the room and are:

  • $25.00 - $65.00/day (Non-Profit)
  • $50.00 - $200.00/day (For-Profit)

Concert Hall

The Amphitheater accommodates 200 people and is a popular site for an evening barbecue. Additional tables and seating can be set up for just such an event.

Student Life Center

Our Student Life Center is available for Conference group use. This is a two-story, 48,000-square foot building that includes three basketball courts, one racquetball court, a track, climbing wall, workout areas with cardio and weights, aerobics and dance studios. Student Life Center fees depend on the size of the group and the hours needed. Advance reservations required.

Climbing Wall

Interested in offering a unique challenge that provides team building and facilitates interactive group dynamics? Rent the Fort Lewis College Climbing Wall as an “add-on” experience for your group. The 2,800 square foot climbing wall is designed for all ability levels from no experience to expert routes. The wall rents for $125/hour with a two-hour minimum and can accommodate 30 people/hour. Rental rate includes exclusive use of the climbing wall for your group, harnesses, helmets, and climbing wall staff that provide supervision, belays, and instruction. Reservations are required and must be made at least 21 days in advance. Indoor Pool

The indoor pool may be reserved for exclusive use at $125/hour, 150 maximum participant occupancy, with a two-hour minimum.
