We are happy to help you reserve a space to host your next event at beautiful Fort Lewis College. Please fill out the request form to help us learn how we can best support you.

Faculty and staff: use 25Live for reserving a space
Students and RSO's: use Skyhub for reserving a space.

We aim to connect with you within 48 business hours after you've submitted your request. Thank you for choosing FLC!

Community members: reserve a space

  • Important: Submitting this online form does not guarantee your space is actually reserved. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your actual reservation confirmation, via email.

    FLC faculty and staff must use 25Live to reserve a space.

    Public events may be promoted on the FLC event calendar and social media.
