Due to Covid we are asking all in person gatherings to have extra considerations.

Important: Submitting this online form does not guarantee your space is actually reserved. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your actual reservation confirmation, via email.

Public events may be promoted on the FLC event calendar and social media.

Enter full email address, even if a campus email address.

Please indicate how much time you will need for setting up before the event and taking down after the event.

(ZOOM room, panel discussion, wireless microphones, etc.)
