Registering your existing student organization (existing since Spring 2023) for the Fall 2024 term will guarantee you receive a $150 initial allocation. New RSOs will also receive a full $150 initial allocation once approved by FAB/ASFLC.

To be considered for a FAB Travel or Event Grant, a representative from your organization should attend monthly RSO Officer Meetings.
If you plan to travel, you must schedule a meeting with the Student Involvement Center one month prior to trip departure. Submit Emergency Contact and Liability Waiver
You must submit grant applications 30 days before travel starts AND at least 4 working days before a Financial Allocation Board (FAB) meeting. Applications should be emailed to the FAB Director by Monday at 5:00pm to attend the next FAB meeting. A representative of the RSO will be invited to attend a FAB Meeting, Tuesday, 5:45 pm in the Student Senate Chambers Room in the Student Union (SU 163).
2023 - 2024 FAB Travel Grant

Grants up to $1,000 may be approved through FAB. Requests for more than $1,000 will require additional ASFLC Senate approval and an additional week for consideration.
