Viewing/Resolving Actions in My Tasks inbox - Workday
Action Items will also appear in the My Tasks inbox, typically with the ability to resolve the action.
- Navigate to your My Tasks from the mailbox icon at the top right of the Workday portal
- On the left will be the list of all action items requiring action. Select the Financial Aid related task
- View the details for the action required and complete.
- *This is typically attaching a document needed, signing an agreement, or following additional instructions.
