We offer distance learning, correspondence or professional licensing proctoring services for computer internet-based and paper-based exams. The best way to schedule an appointment with us to use our online scheduler.
All examinees must present a photo-ID before being allowed to test.
FEE: There is a $50 proctoring fee payable at the time of seating via cash, check or credit/debit card. Or you may Pre-Pay: We receive an automated email once payment is submitted online.
HOURS: Fall and Spring semester is September – April; Monday – Friday 8:15-4:30. Summer Session is May - August Monday – Friday 8:15-4:00 Parking is free during the summer session.
LOCATION: Upstairs in Noble Hall inside the Disability Service Office room 280. Please check in at the front desk.
PARKING: Metered parking is available next to the Student Union on the West and Northside or on the Northside of the Center for Southwest Studies building. There are two self-serve parking day pass kiosks located on 8th Avenue and on Fort Lewis Drive. Please see the map below with “P” PARKING INFO for kiosk locations. Parking without a permit is a $30 fine.

FORM: You may email the Distance Learning form, or we will have one ready for you at the time of testing.
All exams need to be completed when we close, schedule accordingly. We are closed Saturday & Sunday.
Please forward the contact information below to your college or university so arrangements can be made to receive your exam. This should be done a minimum of 7 days prior to testing.
