CSEAP: Flourish Resiliency Program

Employees will develop understanding of general wellbeing, learn strategies for cultivating positive emotion, and discuss practical application of mindfulness. This program is not a support group but does include interactive discussion intended to help participants develop awareness and understanding of their wellbeing. QPR: Question, Persuade, Refer

Question. Persuade. Refer. Three simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. You'll learn to recognize the warning signs of suicide, how to offer hope, and how to get help for someone in crisis. This training is led by a certified QPR trainer on CSEAP staff. Attendance for entire presentation is mandatory to become a QPR Gatekeeper and receive training materials.

This course teaches a new approach to decision making. The main challenge to making a good decision is people tend to over rely on what they can see instead of looking for what is not obvious. The four villains of decision making are narrow framing, confirmation bias, short-term emotion, and over-confidence.
