When possible, our professional team or our student intern team will cover campus events with photography and/or video. However, if we do not receive advance notice or, are already booked, we may be unable to attend your event.
In the case that we are unavailable to cover your event, you may decide to hire a local freelance professional who may be able to assist you.

Additionally, any costs from hiring freelance professionals are incurred by the department requesting them, not the Marketing & Communications Department.
And don't forget your model release. Download the release, and have each person sign it.
