Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we have temporarily stopped offering the in-person pick-up option for official transcript orders. Until further notice, we are only fulfilling electronic and paper transcript orders. Our processing time for mailed transcripts may be longer than usual; please allow up to 5 business days. Many account holds will prevent you from ordering official transcripts and from viewing your unofficial transcript (learn more about account holds). Unofficial transcripts are only available to students who attended Fort Lewis College AFTER 1991 (view your unofficial transcript on WebOPUS).
No matter when you attended FLC, follow the steps below to order official transcripts (credit/debit card required). If you don't have a credit or debit card, use the manual transcript order form (see below).
Come to the Skyhawk Station to pick up a copy of the order form, or print the Transcript Request Form. (Note: These requests are only processed on Fridays before 9:00 a.m.) The cost is $5.00 per transcript (cash, check, or money order).
Return you completed request form and payment to Skyhawk Station in person or by mail (Skyhawk Station | 1000 Rim Dr. | Durango, CO 81301). We do not accept orders sent by fax or email, and we do not take orders over the phone.
Transcript fees are non-refundable. Fort Lewis College is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered mail.
