Lost, stolen, or damaged SkyCard

Lost or stolen

Log in to your SkyCard account to freeze your SkyCard. Do this immediately to prevent unauthorized purchases or access to campus buildings - like residence halls, Student Life Center, or anywhere else you scan into. You are responsible for any purchases made prior to freezing your account. Only the remaining balance can be protected.

Damaged

Do not punch holes, keep your SkyCard next to your phone while charging, or intentionally make any changes to it. Your SkyCard may not function, and you may be responsible for a fee to get a replacement.

Replacing your SkyCard

For students

You can get your SkyCard replacement by visiting the Skyhawk Station in person, or you can order one online. Every FLC student gets one free replacement SkyCard, and after that, a $15 fee is charged for each replacement.

If you froze your SkyCard, unfreeze your account to begin using your replacement. Your old card will remain disabled when your new card is created even if you find it.

For faculty & staff

You can purchase a replacement SkyCard online for a $15 fee.

For assistance or if you want a new picture for your new SkyCard, contact the SkyCard office at skycard@fortlewis.edu or 970-247-7505.

Using your SkyCard for Durango Transit

FLC students can ride the fixed-route buses for free on Durango Transit. Students will need a sticker on their SkyCard or an active pass on their phone.

With a sticker: You can get a Durango Transit sticker for your SkyCard from Skyhawk Station or the Info Desk in the Student Union.

Using the app: Download Token Transit and use your FLC email.
