Responsibilities included: designing and implementing the optimum business process for both current and future capital investment management through which the firm controlled its annual three billion dollar capital program; directing a current planning, engineering, and construction organization in a line capacity; and leading an organization of a thousand employees with end to end responsibility for all network operations for six states and five million customers.
