Every full-time member of FLC's philosophy faculty holds a doctoral degree, with specializations spanning the full range of the discipline—from ancient and medieval philosophy to contemporary analytic and continental thought, from Western ethics and epistemology to Eastern and Indigenous traditions.
That breadth is intentional. It means that wherever your philosophical interests lead, whether you arrive curious about logic, ethics, the philosophy of mind, or questions you don't yet have names for, you will find a faculty member who has spent their career thinking seriously about it.
