Committed to our students
At FLC, we are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive and respectful environment for all of our students, staff and faculty. This is no less true for students who have immigrated here, with or without documentation. We continue to comply fully with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), protecting the privacy of our students, including information about immigration and citizenship status, upholding fair practices in admission and housing, and facilitating access to resources for students and employees. See our official commitment for detailed information.
