Marnie Clay, MS RDN and Assistant Professor of Health & Human Performance, will talk about her love of food and science, and how an ‘organic chemistry crisis’ led to a career in nutrition and dietetics.
The FLC Undergraduate Research Speaker Series allows students at all levels, staff, faculty, and the broader Durango community to hear research-related personal stories.
