How do we create a college environment where different ways of thinking, learning, communicating, and engaging are recognized and supported? Join John Truitt on Wednesday, November 18, from 11am-12:30pm in EBH 130, for a thought-provoking Lunch & Learn on what it means to build a neuroinclusive college community. Through his experience teaching twice-exceptional students and his personal perspective as the author of Navigating Neurodiversity: My Journey as a Twice Exceptional Adult, John will help us better understand neurodiversity and consider how we can create a campus where different ways of thinking and learning have room to thrive. If you teach, supervise, advise, collaborate with colleagues, serve students, or simply want to help create a stronger sense of belonging on campus, this session is for you. Interpersonal Awareness event.
