Join Maggie Shields, Assistant Professor of Health & Human Performance, and HS 300 students on Wednesday, April 1, from 3-4:30 pm in Schlessman Hall 2020 (Nutrition Lab), for a hands-on nutrition workshop designed for busy college faculty and staff who want to save time, reduce food costs, and eat well during the work week. Participants will learn freezer planning and preparation techniques while making delicious, nutritious vegetarian meals that are easy to reheat and enjoy.
