Your Community Concert Hall offers a 10% employee discount to all Concert Hall produced performances. Discounts are also given to seniors (age 65 & above), students (with current ID), and children. View the available seating and make and purchase online or visit the Ticket Office located in the Durango Welcome Center at 802 Main Avenue in historic downtown Durango. Patrons who purchase 3 or more CCH produced events on one (1) sale will automatically receive an additional 15% discount. Groups of 10 or more can receive a 15% discount by calling the Ticket Office. The Concert Hall Box Office is open one (1) hours prior to curtain time.
Fort Lewis College offers two Employee Assistance Programs to all regular employees. The program is also available to dependents of eligible employees. This service provides up to 6-8 free counseling sessions per employee/dependent, per fiscal year. If the participating employee/dependents need to have more counseling sessions, they will be required to pay for extra services personally. Employees can feel secure in knowing that their identities are kept confidential, no person at Fort Lewis College will know they participated in the program. Other work/life benefits provided through EAP include financial information and coaching, childcare or eldercare consultation and referrals, interpersonal skills with co-workers or family, consultation for legal problems not related to employment and unlimited access to information.

Reed Library’s holdings include current best sellers, ebooks, streaming media, and site licenses to the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Chronicle of Higher Education. The Library subscribes to more than 70 databases with access to the content of more than 200,000 journal titles, and provides access to a popular collection of online digital magazines. Most regular print materials can be checked out by the semester for faculty and staff. Your College ID is your Library card.
The Campbell Child and Family Center is an early care and education program with high quality staff. Employees who have children ages 1 year to 5 years of age can enroll their children in this on-campus childcare program.

Full-time and part-time Classified and Administrative & Professional (Exempt) Staff who are benefits eligible accrue annual and sick leave each pay period. Your Skycard is your Employee ID, your Library card, as well as your ticket into athletic events. Advantages include significant discounts to the Durango Transit bus service and 20% discount at the FLC Skystore (except textbooks). Should you take advantage of an employee meal plan, Campus Dining website, Student Life Center membership or Outdoor Pursuits membership, you will need to present your SkyCard to access those services.

Thank you for your interest in the benefit of attending classes while being employed at Fort Lewis College. A tuition waiver is provided for benefited employees (non-temporary working at least 50%). Employees may take up to 8 hours of credits at FLC (per calendar year) tuition-free.

Thank you for your interest in the benefit of tuition reduction for spouses and children of Fort Lewis College employees. Please familiarize yourself with the Tuition Reduction Policy prior to beginning the tuition reduction process.
The spouse and/or dependent child (children) of an eligible employee shall be eligible to receive a tuition reduction benefit if admitted to the College and enrolled in a degree program. Eligible employees are faculty (tenured and tenure‐track), all exempt and non‐temporary state classified employees of 50% time or greater.
The dependent child is defined as a natural, step, adopted or foster child under the age of 24 who is considered to be a “dependent” for Federal Income Tax purposes and who resides in the employee’s household.
Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours per term in order to qualify for this award.
The award is twenty‐five percent (25%) of the student’s share of in‐state tuition for regular on‐campus courses.
A new application is required each year. An award year is defined as the period from July 1st through June 30th.
The Student Life Center is a great place for employees to work out. Options include a variety of classes, including aerobics, Pilates and kickboxing - class schedules are e-mailed to campus faculty and staff at the beginning of every semester. Intramural Sports provide opportunities for you to participate in a wide range of sports and special events at a variety of competitive and recreational levels, regardless of age, skill level, gender or interest.
