Vaccination requirements 

To support the health of the campus community, students are required to be vaccinated against measles, mumps and rubella (MMR) and COVID-19 (beginning Fall 2021). We also strongly recommend that students get vaccinated against meningitis. Here's what you need to do

You must either provide a copy of your vaccination records OR have an exemption before the start of semester. 

Provide proof of immunization

To demonstrate that you have fulfilled the MMR and COVID-19 vaccination requirements, all you need to do is upload a copy of your immunization records in your admission portal (log in as a returning user). 

  • If you do not have your immunization records, you should be able to obtain them from your high school, a previous college, or your doctor.

If you have not yet been vaccinated against COVID-19, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. If you are unable to get a vaccination before the start of the Fall 2021 semester, we will provide one for you the week prior to the start of the fall semester. 

Request a vaccination requirement exemption

You have the right to request a medical or non-medical exemption from one or both vaccination requirements. Please see the FLC Student Health Center's Immunization Requirements page for more information about exemptions. If you choose to request an exemption from the COVID-19 vaccination requirement, you can do so using either the Medical Exemption Request form or the Non-Medical Exemption Request form.
