Class Descriptions

Dance Fitness with Elizabeth - Get up and groove in this 45-minute-long class that will get your heart pumping and feet moving! Elizabeth will be sure to provide a great workout while still having fun in a high-energy atmosphere. (M)

HIIT with Kiki - Embrace the grind in this rigorous and competitive environment with sequences of high-intensity exercises. With the help and modifications from our upbeat and skilled instructor, Kiki, you will be pushed to your limits and walk out feeling stronger than ever! (H)

Sculpt with Melissa - Sculpt is a total body class including pilates, yoga, strength, and low impact cardio with light or medium weights. Join Melissa for a well-rounded workout to tone your muscles and mind! (M)

Deep Yin Yoga with Akadia - Practice with Akadia on releasing stress and tension by targeting deep connecting tissues in the body. Come on in to find space, slow your mind, and unwind for the week. (L)

Restorative Slow Flow Yoga with Akadia - Let go of fixations on outside judgment and calm the mind and body through gentle movements, breath work, and increased awareness to your physical being. This class is geared for any level of yogi and offers modifications throughout the class that will allow you to relax and reset. (L)

Spin Class with Mark - Gear up for an action-packed class with Mark! Pedal along as you build endurance, increase your stamina, and tone the lower body. No experience necessary! (H)

Circuit Training with Jovi - Join Jovi in The NEST for a high-intensity class with hand-selected exercises that will guarantee a great training experience for all levels. Undergo what it takes to become a versatile athlete and train the body and mind with these quick circuits! (M)

Virtual Yoga with Allison - Join Allison as she walks you through a virtual yoga session to increase your flexibility, focus your mind, and reconnect with the body. (L)
