Spin (Moderate-High)*Join this hour’s cardio cycle class! In each class, we will work on hills, sprints, and intervals to get you into bike shape. All skill levels are welcome.
Taekwondo Fitness (Moderate-High)*TKD fitness class focuses on building the strength necessary to succeed in martial arts, including taekwondo and krav techniques and practices. All levels, from beginners to advanced, are welcome to participate in the class. This class aims to improve strength, flexibility, stability, and confidence through the lens of martial arts.
Mat Pilates (Low)*Lengthen, strengthen, and stabilize with this low-impact Pilates class focused on core, balance, and flexibility. Suitable for all skill levels.
Boxing (Moderate)*Improve your coordination, power, and endurance with this fun, intense class focused on boxing fundamentals, bag work, and drills. All skill levels are welcome.
HIIT with Kiki (High)*This HIIT class is a fast-paced, upbeat fitness experience that blends strength and cardio into a highly efficient full-body workout. Experience Kiki's contagious energy in this challenging session.
Yin Yoga (Low)*Take a moment for mindfulness and deep stretching with this gentle 30-minute yoga session. Designed to improve flexibility and reduce stress, this class is perfect for all skill levels.
Strength Training (Moderate-High)*Build foundational strength with full-body exercises targeting major muscle groups. This class is ideal for improving form and lifting confidence.
Rave HIIT (High)*Light up your workout with high-energy music and a fast-paced HIIT session! This 60-minute class blends strength and cardio with a party-like atmosphere to keep you moving and motivated.
