Fitness class descriptions

Total Body Fitness w/ Amber (RM 119): Alternating short, intense burst of exercise with brief recovery periods to build cardiovascular fitness and strength! 

Fight Club Boxing: Come and learn the basics of boxing and have fun! (RM 119)

Sport Performance Training: Improve your personal health and fitness and get better at sport dynamic training.  Set goals and accomplish them, improve in your sport, and have fun!

Kick Boxing: Come kick the sweat off! (The Nest)

Muay Thai: Elite and fun training, come and learn the art of the sport. (The Nest)

Serenity & Strength Yoga: Designed to cultivate inner calm while building strength and flexibility. Invites you to relax, reconnect, and energize your body and mind. (RM 119)

Strong and Steady Flow YOGA: This slow-flow yoga class offers supportive, all-levels practice that emphasizes strength, steadiness, and mindful movement, welcoming beginners while providing depth for more experienced practitioners. (RM 119)
