The T. Chase McPherson Memorial Chapel is available for church services, weddings, memorials and other celebratory events of a spiritual nature.
The McPherson Chapel is a non-denominational space with wood pews in semi-circle facing a slightly elevated platform for sermons, speakers, music and other small ceremonies. The large windows allow for a view to the north and the mountains and sunset. The stained glass windows add to the modest, yet very treasured chapel at Fort Lewis College.

Capacity: 90 seated with some standing, 104 total capacity.
There are no restrooms in the Chapel. The closest restroom can be found in the GPE Building across the street.
There are no Audio Visual resources available in the Chapel. There is power for groups that would like to supply their own resources. You must receive approval for equipment through he Facilities Scheduling Office.
The Chapel is open year round for services and events, however, please note that access may be limited in the winter due to heavy snowfalls. If your event happens to fall on a time when campus is closed for the holidays or heavy snowfall, please be aware that the Physical Plant Service Center will address snow removal with safety as first priority (rooftops, emergency service vehicle access, etc…) before the Chapel will be shoveled.
We expect that the Chapel will be left clean after your event and that all trash will be removed, along with flowers, candles and other decorations. If not, a service fee may be charged to your credit card, or budget code.
