Join us on Tuesday, April 14 from 1-2:30 pm on Zoom, for a 90‑minute virtual and interactive learning session focused on creating a coaching culture to support personal development and employee retention in the workplace.
This session introduces coaching skills as a powerful partnership tool that develops new behaviors and mindsets to strengthen professional relationships and leadership effectiveness. Participants will explore what coaching is (and what it is not), key coaching characteristics and competencies, and how adopting a coaching mindset can enhance self‑awareness, communication, and decision‑making. The session emphasizes practical skills such as deep listening, powerful questioning, feedback, emotional regulation, and accountability.
This learning opportunity is ideal for faculty and staff who supervise others, serve on committees, mentor colleagues, or want to model a more collaborative, growth‑oriented approach to leadership and workplace relationships. Leading Others event.
