Leadership training for FLC staff and faculty

Fort Lewis College has implemented a Leadership Training Program for supervisors, department chairs, and emerging leaders. Running in the academic year from September to April, this program supports leadership development in areas such as team collaboration, feedback, performance reviews, and alignment with FLC’s Strategic Directions. The program includes in-person classroom sessions, small group discussions, and independent learning throughout the academic year.

This program is ideal for those guiding teams, managing projects, or shaping decisions at FLC. Self-nominations and manager nominations are welcome.

Please reach out to Shawna Fullington, scfullington@fortlewis.edu, for more information or additional leadership training options.
