Fort Lewis College is committed to ensuring that information technology and digital content it creates or distributes are accessible to all students, employees, and the public, regardless of disability. Fort Lewis College's digital accessibility policy aligns with the following federal and state laws:

• WCAG 2.1 Level AA or higher. 
• Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act 
• Section 504 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act
• Colorado State Laws: Following C.R.S. 24-85-101 to 24-85-104, ARTICLE 85, HB21-1110

Digital Accessibility Statement

Fort Lewis College is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone. This statement addresses access to information technology and digital content provided by Fort Lewis College and its faculty and staff. This includes the procurement and development of new digital content and information technology. Our ongoing accessibility efforts work towards compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA, the Americans with Disabilities Act effective communication requirements, and Colorado HB21-1110.

To accomplish this, we:

Campus policy

College faculty and staff who use, create, purchase or maintain information technology and/or digital content for College programs, services and activities are responsible for making it accessible in accordance with the federal and state standards listed above.
