We provide a student-centered, solution-focused approach to supporting students experiencing personal, academic, financial, or other challenges.
While case managers do not provide counseling or therapy, they work alongside students to identify strengths, explore options, and connect with campus and community resources. Through supportive relationships, case managers help students build self-advocacy skills, make informed decisions, and access the support they need to succeed.
Early intervention helps identify and address concerns before challenges escalate. Through referrals, outreach, and collaboration with campus partners, the Case Management team connects students with resources and support as early as possible.
When a student is referred through the Person of Concern process, our team reaches out to offer individualized support and connect the student with appropriate resources. Our goal is to help students navigate challenges, support their well-being, and stay connected to the resources that contribute to their personal and academic success.
