The Grub Hub is a student-led, basic needs justice organization committed to serving everyone—students, graduate students, staff, faculty, and community members—by breaking down the stigma behind food and housing security.

Resources for you

Food
  • Food Pantry 
  • Hot meals
    • Soup station | Daily 11 am-3 pm
    • Hot lunches | Tuesday & Wednesday 11 am-2 pm
  • Shelf stable goods, produce, meat, and to-go meals
  • Non-food basics (hygiene items, menstruation products, Queer Closet, Professional Closet)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Applications
    • Awards up to $281/month for groceries
Housing
  • Emergency housing 
    • We will provide temporary housing if you are without safe and reliable shelter.
  • Rental/Move-in assistance
    • We will help You transition into stable, long-term housing with financial assistance and guidance.
    • We will support you in your journey to financial independence and secure housing.

Check out the Free Store for non-food needs

The Environmental Center’s Free Store is a weekly event where students can shop for clothing, household goods, school supplies, and more—all for free! This semester, we’re setting up shop in the Student Union Lobby from 11 AM-1 PM on Wednesdays. (Check out the Environmental Center on Skyhub for up-to-date hours!)

  • The EC Free Store needs donations! Swing by the EC any weekday from 9-5 to drop off items.
  • You can find the EC Free Store at Grub Hub, where we supply kitchen ware, professional clothing, and other items.
