Survivor Support Fund

Sexual violence is a terrible reality, and FLC’s Survivor Support Fund is one way to make a difference. The fund provides emergency financial support for students who experience:

  • Sexual, inter-partner, dating, or friendship violence
  • Stalking, sexual or psychological abuse, or harassment
  • Revenge porn
  • Rape
  • Unwanted physical touch or sexual or physical assault
  • Gender discrimination or misgendering

As a survivor of sexual violence, you can get financial support to help you with tasks like medical and mental health appointments, support groups, new bedding, transportation, and other survivor needs.

The Survivor Support Fund history

The Survivor Support Fund was created in 2020 by the Fort Lewis College Counseling Center. As an ally, you can contribute to supporting your friends, peers, and the FLC community. Please donate and show our students you support their wellness, success, and voice.

Annual Survivor Support Fundraiser

FLC and the Counseling Center raise money for the Survivor Support Fund mainly through an annual campus & community fundraising event focused on supporting local businesses and bringing people together to learn more about the prevalence of sexual violence.
