West Hall, the Bader/Snyders, and Animas Hall have community kitchens with full facilities.

Residents can arrange to use the kitchen through their Resident Assistant. They are responsible for cleaning up after themselves. 

• Each room has Ethernet ports, wireless internet, and TV access through SpectrumU.
• The main lounge for each building also features Cable television. 
• Each suite in Animas Hall has a TV in the living room.

• Traditional Style Room - Double Occupancy:

  • Carpeted floor

• Two Bedroom Suite - Double Occupancy:

  • Adjoining bathroom (cleaned weekly)
  • Tiled floor
  • Closets or wardrobes
  • Each bedroom is double occupancy

• Three Bedroom Suite - Single and Double Occupancy:

  • Adjoining bathroom (cleaned weekly)
  • Carpeted bedroom floors
  • Two single occupancy bedrooms, one double occupancy bedroom
  • Suite common area with a microwave and mini-fridge
  • Movable wardrobe

• Suite Style Room - Double & Triple Occupancy:

  • Similar to the Two Bedroom Suite but with options for triple occupancy

• Four Bedroom Suite - Single Occupancy:

  • Bathroom (cleaned weekly)
  • Furnished living room with a microwave, mini-fridge, and flat-screen TV
  • Wardrobes

• Two Bedroom Apartments - Single Occupancy:

  • Private bathroom
  • Kitchen with refrigerator and stove/oven
  • Furnished living room with carpeted floor and curtains
  • Exterior storage unit

• The Gauge:

  • Full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and microwave
  • Furnished living room with loveseat, 1-2 chairs, an ottoman, and 3 barstools
  • A bed (twin XL), desk, desk chair, and dresser per occupant
  • Utilities and internet included
  • Parking pass included; limited overflow parking on-site
  • Conveniently located on the Durango Transit line

Bike racks: Available outside several residence halls for secure bike locking.

In-room storage: Bikes may be kept in your room with consent from your roommate(s) due to space considerations.

Security reminder:

• Always lock your bike when unattended.
• Do not leave bikes in stairways or hallways for safety and accessibility reasons.

• Basements: Cooper, Escalante, Crofton, Camp, Bader A, Snyder A, and Mears Apartments
• Each floor: West and Animas Halls
• Centennial Service Building

Costs and payment method:

• $1.25 per wash load
• $1.25 per dry load
• Payment via student ID with SkyCash at card readers in all laundry rooms
