Fleet Reporting and Rental Section

Step 1: Fill out and submit EHS Driver Authorization form and complete Mandatory Annual Driver training, contact ehs@fortlewis.edu

Step 2: Request a rental from PPS motor pool: Transportation Services (Motor Pool)

Step 3: Accident and Breakdown Reporting. In the event of an accident, contact EHS and PPS and fill out the accident report linked above or in the vehicle glove box.
